Our group of five did the Bowron Lakes Canoe Circuit. We rented our gear from Becker's Lodge, and also stayed there the night before the circuit, and for two nights after the circuit. The gear rental operation has outstanding service, and is a good value. Some specifics: The woman we spoke to to make our reservation was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing good advice on which canoes and other equipment would be best for our group. The on-site staff were helpful and flexible about many details -- they really cared about providing a good experience. For lodging, we stayed in a "group camp" cabin, which as expected is quite basic (only a small step up from a tent -- just a small cabin with bunk beads -- no electricity or plumbing). Note that this is different from their regular cabins, which are much larger and nicer. When staying in the group-camp cabins, you have access to a shared bathroom/shower building with plumbing, and also to a covered outdoor kitchen area with running water. This cabin was a fantastic deal, and luxurious compared to the tents we stayed in during our canoe trip. One minor downside is that these cabins are dark, even in daytime, due to small windows. The lodge food was very tasty, and the view from the restaurant is amazing. We mostly had the burgers for dinner, and they had some of the best burger toppings I've ever had. The early breakfast (7am-10am) is continental, but with the addition of hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal. It was also very good, including very tasty home-made sweetbread. If you wait until 10am, you can get a more extensive breakfast menu, but we always had the early breakfast so that we could start our day. Overall, we would happily use Becker's again as an outfitter and base camp for the Bowron Lakes Circuit.

Booked for 20 ppl. Was given the group booking price but when we arrived it was the group cabins. Was not informed no mattresses in the cabins, was told needed to bring bedding. When talking to owner and told her about this she was quick to blame new employee, told her we were only told we needed to bring bedding she said yes and bed. I told her when someone hears bedding that doesn't mean to bring beds. If this was the case and we knew we would have just tented and not took 4 cabins. Would not recommend. They did accommodate my parents and others for the remainder of our stay to staff housing.

Go here regularly for dinner. Food is great and the log cabin is super cool. Great view of the lake as well!

We stayed at campsite 4, RV section. Lovely view ok lake. Clean bathrooms and showers. Only one central hook up for water. Sites have separate electrical hook up but our connection failed several times. Appears to have a defective outlet. Enjoyed canoe rental. Easy and accessible. Wish they offered 4 hour kayak rentals. Seems to only offer canoes for half and full days. Campground was quiet.

Tina, Tanya and the staff were amazing. They were so accommodating to us. It was such a great time. We will be back. I am ashamed that I couldn’t complete the full circuit breakfast but I’m hoping I’ll get another crack at it in the future.

We rented our canoes for the Bowron Lake circuit from Beckers and also had the privilege to dine her for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tina is an absolute gem my daughter has quite a few food intolerances and Tina made sure to make her feel welcome and even made her a banana cake that she could eat so she could pick it up when we were done the canoe circuit. I expected the Bowron Lakes to be wonderful but little did I know one of our favourite memories would be made at the lodge. If we do the circuit a third time I may ever well stay at the lodge.

We had a pleasant stay here in a cabin before and after doing the Bowron Lake canoe circuit. The facility is very clean, the staff working here are friendly and accommodating.

A Wonderful Return to Becker's Lodge After several years, my wife and I returned to Becker's Lodge for a weekend getaway—and we were thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The cabin we stayed in was spotless, modern, and comfortable while still retaining its cozy, rustic charm. Tina and her team take pride in keeping the place in top shape. The food was excellent—fresh, flavourful, and generously portioned. Whether we were relaxing on the deck, enjoying a meal, or exploring the surrounding nature, everything felt just right. Becker's Lodge is truly a gem in a spectacular natural setting. We'll be back again—sooner this time! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Been at Beckers lodge around 5 times now and have stayed at the Wendle and Kibbie cabins as well as done atv and kayak rentals. The rooms are clean and well furnished, service always exceeds expectations, and the location is great for waking up to the breathtaking Bowron lake and mountains. Tina and her team are the friendliest people who go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. I would give Beckers lodge 5 stars over and over if I could. Highly recommend.
