6 months agoStayed here for a night in a cold January winter as my wife and I were exploring the Lac La Hache area for a weekend. The staff was very polite, the place is modest and comfortable, the breakfast is good and pretty standard - eggs, 1 protein (sausage or bacon), toast, cereal. All in all it was a good experience.

11 months agoThe rooms are clean and cozy, nothing special though. The service is great!!! The staff is friendly and accommodating - every request and question was answered immediately with a big smile. Breakfast is rich and tasty and they even had a gluten free bread for my partner. Highly recommended!

12 months agoThe Cariboo Log Guest House is one of those stays that I will long remember for the wonderful owners and their commitment to providing the very best service in a truly lovely setting. Nothing was missed, from the breakfast service to those little touches that make your stay memorable. We were here for two nights while we explored the area back roads and I wish we had time for more just to relax and enjoy the property, with a glass of wine and a good book in hand.

12 months agoAmazing stay. We got in really late so didn’t get a chance to see the property for long. But, Breakfast was delicious, so much on offer- Toasts, fruit, nuts, chocolates, cereal and eggs your way with sausages. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. Would recommend staying here

about 1 year agoCute BNB that offers great service from a welcoming family. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view. Breakfast was great and the team were beyond attentive to our needs. Felt like a really wholesome spot to crash for the night as we continue our Roadtrip. There is some slight highway traffic noise but that slows down in the evenings. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the exceptional host, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The view of the lake was breathtaking and added a beautiful touch to the whole experience. We also loved the vibe of the place – warm, inviting, and with a touch of charm that made it stand out from typical motels. And the breakfast? Absolutely perfect! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a cozy and clean place with stunning views.

almost 2 years agoMy wife and I stayed here for 3 nights recently and enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Despite the August heat and the fact that the rooms aren't air conditioned the rooms were comfortably cool. The bed was super comfy and the room was immaculately clean. Despite being a short distance from the highway we weren't disturbed by traffic noise at all and we enjoyed a restful sleep each night. Our gracious hosts provided breakfast for us to start each day. I've rated this as five stars as it completely met our expectations for the modest price! :^)
