Quesnel Downtown RV Park and Campground is a convenient and reasonably priced stopover along the river, offering easy access to downtown Quesnel and surrounding amenities. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness and large, level sites, particularly its proximity to the riverfront trail and local attractions. While noise from the railway is noted, the overall experience is positive for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-maintained base camp.

We stopped here here on our way to Alaska for an evening of rest from the road. Camp sites were ample in size and being located along the river gave it a more remote feeling. It's conviently located close to stores and businesses. Reasonably priced sites and facilities.

Camp host was nice and friendly! Is beside a railway, so expect some noise. But overall a nice cheap place to stay. Would stay again!

Great little park, right close to downtown on the banks of the river. Power, water, sani dump station. Clean large level sites.

Great clean rv site. Nice bathrooms. Host on site. Walking distance to parks and downtown. Tim Horton and brewery near by. Right next to the confluence of Frasier ans Quesnel rivers.

Great RV park and a wonderful town! Everything at the park is very well maintained. Most sites are power and water hookups only, however there is a municipal dump station just down the street with easy access. The park manager (Cliff) greeted us as we arrived and made sure we were taken care of. The town of Quesnel is very tourist friendly and nicely kept. There were so many people who noticed our US plates and stopped to say “Welcome to Canada!” There is also a local brewery within walking distance of the park along with many other stores and amenities close by. The riverfront walking trail is a very nice town feature with lots of well manicured parks scattered about the town. Only wish we could have stayed longer as there is a 4 night max limit stay. We will definitely return though next time we drive through the area.

Stopped off for two nights on our way to Alaska. Very clean, next to the river and a very nice Riverwalk. The host come over and greeted us, giving me brochures on the local sights.

Nice and clean with large sites. Water and power hookups with a sani station close by. The riverside walking trail to town is right beside the park. It's a great stopover for those heading north or south.

I arrived during Billy Barker Days and was able to get a spot without a reservation. The site had power/water and was flat. Flush toilets are available. Little privacy between sites. Sites back onto the street or the Riverside Trail. Walking distance to everything in the downtown area. Good for a night or two.
