Furthermost Outpost offers an incredibly remote and adventurous off-grid experience, praised for its welcoming hosts, Aron and Jennifer, and stunning natural surroundings. Guests consistently highlight the exceptional hospitality, delicious meals, and abundant fishing opportunities. This secluded lodge is perfect for those seeking a unique wilderness escape.
The absolute best kept secret in the outback! Aron and Jennifer are the best at what they do, and you'll become instant friends with these wonderful people (while experiencing the greatest off-the-grid trip life has to offer)! The cabins are beyond cozy and Jennifer's kitchen craftsmanship will dazzle you. Make sure to ask Aron about his incredible wilderness tales (especially over a campfire) or while catching your daily fill of rainbow trout on the lake. He is the real deal. Go now before the word gets out and it's too late. And if you're a dog lover, their pack alone is worth the price of admission!
This lodge is absolutely amazing. We mushed in 20 miles with 4 dogs teams from 166km on the Kluskus Road. The trail in was amazing, well groomed and absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough positive about the hospitality of Aaron and Jennifer and their food!!!!!! Every single meal blew us away. Jen even made us lunch for the way home! Amazing weekend. Can't wait for next time! Also, check out their youtube channel!
The two kindest people, best dogs, tons of fish and unreal views!! Thanks for saving my bacon, fixing my side by side and giving us a place to crash last minute!
We enjoyed the comfortable cabins, the fish were eager to meet us, absolutely stunning location, and our hosts were delightful.
We came in on adventure bikes! The trail in, if you don't fly in on floats, is hard to believe. Part of the Alexander McKenzie Trail and the effort they both go thru to make your stay an adventure is amazing. Jen and Aron made us feel so welcome, the hospitality & meals were incredible. You won't get a better sleep and the fish are jumping all over this lake.
