8 months agoA brilliant ‘accidental’ find. Can’t fault Shannon, Rita, dogs, big male bear, female bear with cubs, or meandering ducks……. A really lovely place to stay. If we return to Bella Coola, this is where we’ll stay. Our room was just what we needed, allowed us to cook, sleep, and relax. Felt a little like home.

over 1 year agoStayed for 2 nights in October. Comfortable and convenient. Recommend you stay here when visiting Bella Coola and the Great Bear Rainforest.

almost 2 years agoStayed here for two nights and it was cozy, and quiet. The room was a little too warm but with AC at night it was cozy. The highlight was definitely how friendly and welcoming all the staff were! Lovely bunch of people and ready to help with anything you might need.

almost 2 years agoThe people here were great to deal with. Very nice spot in the valley. The breakfast could have been better with just adding one hot item to eat, they will get more business that way for sure. I will stay here again.

about 2 years agoThe fridge was loud and on its last legs. The fan made noise. The door to the suite could use a weather strip to keep the cool air out. And the mattress was worn out. Minor upgrades that the owners could consider. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and views were stunning. The room with kitchenette was clean and comfortable.

about 2 years agoI had a large clean room with a kitchenette which is a must when visiting Bella Coola. The owner was lovely and hospitable and the breakfast was very thoughtfully designed to have something for everyone. I'd for sure stay there again next time I'm lucky enough to visit Bella Coola.

almost 3 years agoI stay in a LOT of hotels around BC for work and the Bella Coola Mountain Lodge is one of the cleanest, friendliest places I've had the pleasure of visiting. Our flight out even got cancelled and they welcomed us back to our rooms with open arms, even going so far as to put together little takeaway breakfasts for us as we were going to leaving really early the next morning. I would happily stay there again for a family vacation.

over 3 years agoFriendly staff- welcoming and helpful. Very big room with kitchenette and beautiful bathroom with soaker tub and shower. A king size bed would be a nice addition. Breakfast was great- yogurt, fruit, back goods, toast, bagels, cereals...the homemade granola is fantastic. Good coffee... Good "home" base for exploring the valley. Would definitely book here again!
