We stayed at at the cabins and they were great. Very comfortable beds, super clean and well maintained. Contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location to drive to get to Fisherman's pond and Belarko viewing platform to see grizzly bears. We also took a boat tour with Daniel out of Bella Coola marina. Highly recommend- Buck is the best first mate ever. Beautiful tour around Bentinck Arm. He provides a great picnic lunch. Take advantage of sitting in hot springs right off the water. If you go in late September be prepared for rain. September 2025

Stayed in Grizzly Bear cabin for 4 nights. Such an incredibly beautiful spot and the cabins are outstanding - cozy, comfortable and well equipped. We did a raft tour with Kynoch adventures and the boat tour with Daniel (and Buck the dog!) which were both great. Head over the road to Saloompt River to see Grizzlies catching salmon!

This is a 5 out of 5 facility, they run a totally professional operation. Pride of ownership is obvious. This is literally the best place I have stayed. My family is having a blast. The view from our cabin looks like a painting. I highly recommend coming here.

Grizzly tours did great. Right from the booking to the arrival to the tour! Daniel was our guide and although we have gone on this tour multiple times over the last 30 years this one was the best. The amount of historical information on settlement and indigineous artwork from centuries ago was amazing. Thank you! Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bella Coola. Ps hot springs are great! 2 pools ..... one very hot the other perfect for kids. The big tree walk was very easy slight incline (my 3 year old walked it). Waterfall and lunch were perfect, and the views stunning.

Fabulous trip up South Bentick Arm on July 28th, 2025. Captain Dan is a wealth of knowledge and passed on a lot of settler history and wildlife experiences. It was low tide and a beauty day ( just a day before the tsunami warning). Buck the dog was a hit with everyone and the amount and quality of food available was unbelievable. Thankyou so much for the memories. 5/5

Four of us took the Hot Springs Tour which also takes in the Big Cedar Tree - great day out, drinking in the fantastic scenery. As warned, you need to be a bit of a mountain goat for the stop-offs at the hot springs and cedar tree but the minor struggle was worth it - Daniel is an excellent host.

Did not take the tour, but was lucky enough to stay in the cabins for work. Stunningly beautiful scenery and exceptional accommodations and staff. Would love to visit again

First time in a cabin lodge. I wasn't expecting such a beautiful and cozy place to spend a few nights. The cabin was almost completely embedded in the surrounding bush, making this place even more magical. It had EVERYRHING I needed, including a full kitchen with all appliances and tools to cook. The wood stove worked perfectly and made the interior super warm and comfortable. The owners are amazing people who made every effort to make all guests always comfortable. They also provided pieces of wood available on the outside porch for your use. It was easy to get a nice dinner with a steak cooked in the barbecue outside the cabin or in the common area a few steps away. Easy parking (right next to each cabin) and lots of space all around. The owner invited me to pick some apples from the property trees. They tasted so good!! They were still available as grizzly bears didn't show up yet in the area. To this point, it's always a good idea to be "bear-smart" and check the surroundings every time getting out of the cabin. Amazing experience... definitely want to come back in the summer to fully enjoy again this beautiful place and the local tours they organize for tourists in the area. 5 stars are not enough for the appreciation I have for this place... thank you!! ???

we had a beautiful trip today, we did the 8 hour day tour. Daniel was very funny and knowledgeable, we spent a big chunk of the morning in the hot springs and jumping in the ocean, saw lots of beautiful wildlife. Daniel showed us pictures and told us local stories and then sent us to find a beautiful big cedar tree around noon. If you get the chance to visit Bella Coola, definitely book a tour! You don’t want to miss the rainforest.

Absolute serenity, quaint cabins surrounded by forest while you still feel safe and comfortable. Wood burning heat was so great on a chilly August evening. Friendliest hosts that ensure all your needs are met. We would come back here 100 times. The Glacier Fjord Hotsprings Tour was beautiful, relaxing and we also had lots of food options the entire journey. We felt safe and at ease while having a great time!
